Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Service Not Started: Full refund if we have not begun work on your project within 7 business days of payment.
• Unsatisfactory Work: Partial refund (up to 50%) if the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon scope, provided you notify us within 14 days of delivery.
• Printer Issues: Full refund for defective prints if reported within 5 business days of receipt.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

• Completed and approved projects.
• Digital marketing campaigns that have already been launched.
• Custom printer orders that meet the agreed specifications.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@itexpert.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
